These apps contain no advertising SDK. They do not collect an advertising identifier and do not pass information to third-party ad networks, so the advertising provisions of this policy do not apply to them.

TapSheet

• To identify documents edited for free and their saved-as copies, the app stores truncated SHA-256 hashes of document names or keys for new documents. These lists are saved in local settings and Google Play services Block Store and retrieved to maintain the free editing allowance. The values are not guaranteed to be anonymous. Document contents, original names, file locations and passwords are not included in these lists. The current app does not explicitly enable Block Store cloud backup; Google services and device settings govern transfer, restoration and retention. The lists may be restored after uninstalling or clearing app data.

SiteLogue - On-site work report

• Photo and video library: accessed to group photos into jobs automatically by capture date and location.
• Photo location data (EXIF GPS): converted to an address on the device to pre-fill the work location.
• Calendar events: read to suggest a work title from the day's schedule.
• Camera: used to take work photos directly.
• On-device image labelling: used to tell work photos apart from other photos.

All analysis and grouping happen on the device. Work logs, photos, and generated reports are stored only on the device and are never uploaded to a server.

Daylee Log

• Diary data: diary entries, attached photos, and mood data are stored only on the device and are not transmitted to AAA Corp. servers or third-party servers.
• Attached photos: only photos explicitly selected by the user through the Android Photo Picker are copied into the app.
• Storage permission: the app does not request access to device storage in order to attach photos.

Daylee Log diary entries and attachments are processed entirely on the device.

Kleer

• App data: data needed for app features is processed and stored only on the device.
• Server transmission: Kleer does not transmit personal data to AAA Corp. servers or third-party servers.

Kleer contains no advertising SDK and displays no ads.

Clipuna

• App data: data needed for app features is processed and stored only on the device.
• Server transmission: Clipuna does not transmit personal data to AAA Corp. servers or third-party servers.

Clipuna contains no advertising SDK and displays no ads.

RivetNote

• Customer and document data: customer names, addresses, phone numbers, and email addresses, job details, price list items, estimates, invoices, receipts, payment records, and issued PDFs that you enter or import are stored only on the device and are never sent to AAA Corp. servers or third-party servers. Customer phone numbers and email addresses are used only to find and tell customers apart and are not printed on PDFs.
• Internet permission: RivetNote does not request internet access and requires no sign-in or account.
• Logo image: only the image you pick with the Android photo picker is copied into the app to be printed on PDFs. No device storage permission is requested.
• Contact picking: when you choose a customer from your phone contacts while writing a document, only the name and phone number of the one person you pick in the Android contact picker are saved in the app. No contacts permission is requested, and no other contacts are read.
• Customer CSV import: only customer names, company names, phone numbers, email addresses, and addresses are read from a CSV file you pick in the file picker and saved on the device. You see the customers to be added before anything is saved, and the file is never sent anywhere.
• Sharing, export, and backup: shared PDFs, data exports (ZIP), and encrypted backup files go only to the app or storage location you choose. Backups are encrypted with a password you set; if you lose the password, AAA Corp. cannot restore the backup.
• Automatic backup: app data is excluded from Google account auto backup and device-to-device transfer.
• When deleting: clearing app data does not remove backup or export files you saved elsewhere or PDFs you already shared; delete those yourself.

RivetNote contains no advertising SDK and displays no ads. Customer information is entered or imported by you on your device for your own work; AAA Corp. does not collect or view it.

GearHome

• Rental and return records: customer names and contact details, item and rental records, return inspection results, notes, evidence photos, and issued PDFs that you enter are stored only on the device and are never sent to AAA Corp. servers or third-party servers. No sign-in or account is required.
• Camera and photos: only photos you take with the device camera app or pick yourself in the photo chooser are copied into the app. No camera or device storage permission is requested.
• Internet connection: used only to check Pro purchase status through Google Play Billing. Rental and customer records are not transmitted.
• Sharing, export, and backup: PDFs, customer history exports, and encrypted backup files go only to the app or folder you choose. If you choose a cloud folder, that provider handles the file under its own policy. Backups are encrypted with a password you set; if you lose the password, AAA Corp. cannot restore the backup.
• Automatic backup: app data is excluded from Google account auto backup and device-to-device transfer.
• Customer redaction: you can remove a customer's identifying details and linked photos from the customer screen. Return quantities, observed states, timestamps, corrections, and follow-up history remain so the inspection record is preserved. PDFs and exports you already shared and older backups must be deleted separately.

GearHome contains no advertising SDK and displays no ads. Customer information is entered by you (the rental operator) on your device for your own business; AAA Corp. does not collect or view it. The operator who enters the information decides how long to keep it and responds to its customers' data requests.

PartTally

• Inventory data: part names, part numbers, barcodes, quantities, use/receive/count history, storage locations, and part photos that you enter are stored only on the device and are never sent to AAA Corp. servers or third-party servers. No sign-in or account is required.
• Camera: camera permission is requested for barcode scanning. Camera frames are recognized on the device by the Google ML Kit model bundled with the app and are not saved or transmitted. A recognized barcode value is stored on the device only when you link it to a part or save a quantity. If you deny the permission, you can keep using the app with name/part-number search and manual entry.
• Part photos: only photos you take with the device camera app or pick yourself in the photo picker are copied into the app. No device storage permission is requested.
• Google ML Kit diagnostics: Google ML Kit, used for barcode recognition, may send diagnostic and usage information to Google, such as device and app information (manufacturer, model, OS and app version), a per-installation identifier, performance metrics, and error codes. Google states that this data is encrypted in transit with HTTPS and is not transferred to third parties. Camera frames, inventory records, and photos are not part of this data. • Internet connection: used only to check Pro purchase status through Google Play Billing and for the ML Kit diagnostics above. Inventory records are not transmitted. Inventory work runs without a network connection.
• Restock alerts: restock notifications are created on the device and shown only if you allow notifications. If you deny them, the low-stock list remains available.
• Backup and CSV export: full backups (ZIP) and CSV files go only to the app or location you choose. Backup files are not encrypted, so keep them in a safe place. If you choose a cloud folder, that provider handles the file under its own policy.
• Automatic backup: app data is excluded from Google account auto backup and device-to-device transfer.
• When deleting: clearing app data does not delete backup or CSV files you saved separately; delete those yourself.

PartTally contains no advertising SDK and displays no ads.

MonthScape

• Calendar permissions: to display and search calendars, the app reads the calendars connected to your device and event details such as titles, dates and times, locations, and descriptions. It uses calendar write permission only when you create, edit, or delete an event.
• Where events are stored: created or edited events are saved to the device calendar you select. MonthScape does not keep a permanent copy of events in a separate app database or on its servers. Events may sync to the connected calendar service according to its account settings; that service’s privacy policy then applies.
• On-device settings: theme, visible calendars, colors, first day of the week, and view position and zoom level are stored on the device. Event information used for display and search is held temporarily in memory while the app runs.
• Internet, ads, and billing: the app does not request internet access and includes no advertising SDK, analytics SDK, or in-app billing. It does not send events or settings to AAA Corp. servers.
• Automatic backup and deletion: app data is excluded from Google account automatic backup. Clearing MonthScape app data deletes its settings but does not delete events in connected calendars. Edit or delete those events separately in a calendar app or the relevant account.

If you deny or revoke calendar read or write permission, the related event display or editing features will be unavailable. You can manage permissions in Android settings.

Hewnote

• Notes and tables: notes, checklists, tables, and settings that you write are stored only on the device. The app has no internet permission, so it cannot send them to AAA Corp. servers or third-party servers. No sign-in or account is required.
• Android backup: if Android backup is turned on for your Google account, Android may include the app's data in your device backup and restore it to a new phone. This backup is handled by Android and Google under your account settings; AAA Corp. does not receive it. You can turn it off in your phone's backup settings.
• Exports and backup files: Markdown, CSV, and backup files you create go only where you choose in the system share sheet. Files you pick for restore are read only on the device.

Hewnote contains no advertising SDK and no analytics, and displays no ads.

Penstroke

• Documents and entries: the PDFs and photos you open, and the text, signatures, initials, stamps, and saved text (such as a name, email address, phone number, or address) you add are stored only on the device. The app does not send them to AAA Corp. servers or third-party servers. No sign-in or account is required.
• Files and photos: only PDFs and photos that you choose in the system file picker, or share from another app, are copied into the app; the original file is not changed. A photo is turned into a one-page PDF, and a photo used to make a signature or stamp is processed only on the device. The app does not request storage, camera, or contacts permission.
• Internet connection: the app requests the internet and network-state permissions that the Google Play billing library needs. The connection is used to check purchase status with Google Play; your documents, signatures, stamps, and entries are not sent. The Google Play billing library communicates with Google Play, and Google may process purchase-related information under its own policies.
• Sharing and exporting: a finished PDF goes only to the app or location you choose in the system share sheet or save dialog. If you choose a cloud folder, that service handles the file under its own policy. A temporary copy made for sharing may remain in the app cache until you clear app data.
• Automatic backup: app data is excluded from Google account automatic backup.

Penstroke contains no advertising SDK and no analytics tools added by AAA Corp., and displays no ads. AAA Corp. does not collect or view the information you enter into documents.

ToDoSo

• Tasks and settings: list titles, task text, completion status, order, templates, and font settings are stored on the device. No login or account is required. The app does not send this content to AAA Corp. or third-party servers.
• Google Play billing: paid templates and Fonts PRO are separate one-time in-app products. Purchases and purchase restoration communicate with Google Play, and purchase confirmations are stored on the device. Task content is not transmitted during billing, and AAA Corp. does not receive payment method details such as card numbers.
• Backup and restore: backup files are saved to a location you select through the system file picker. Only files you select are read and restored on the device. Setting a password creates an AES-256 encrypted ZIP file; saving without a password creates an unencrypted JSON file. Passwords are not sent to AAA Corp., and AAA Corp. cannot recover a backup if you lose its password. If you select cloud storage, that service’s privacy policy applies.
• Android automatic backup: depending on device backup settings, lists and settings may be included in Android automatic backup or device-to-device transfer. Android and Google handle this process; AAA Corp. does not receive the backup. Cached purchase confirmations are excluded from automatic backup, device transfer, and backups created within the app.

ToDoSo contains no advertising SDK or analytics tools and does not display ads.

Recivue (kr.ai.aaa.recivue)

• You can use Recivue without an account or sign-in. With photo permission, the app reads permitted photos and metadata such as dates and filenames to find receipts. Without that permission, you can still import photos you choose through the Android photo picker. Saved receipt photos, recognized text, merchant names, dates, amounts, currencies, categories, payment methods, notes, tags, bundles, expense splits and submission records are stored in the app’s private storage on your device. AAA Corp. does not collect or view this content on its servers.
• Receipt classification and text recognition (OCR) run on your device. Photos and recognized text are not sent to Google or AAA Corp. servers for recognition. Google ML Kit may send technical data to Google for diagnostics and usage analytics, including device and app information, installation identifiers, processing times, input and output sizes, and errors. This does not mean your receipt content is uploaded.
• The app stores the number of free exports used to manage the free allowance. To retain the allowance after reinstalling, it saves only a format version and usage count in Google Play services Block Store. This may be backed up to the cloud depending on your Google account’s backup settings. Receipt photos, recognized text and notes are excluded from this backup. The count may be restored after uninstalling or clearing app data; restoration depends on the device and Google backup settings.
• PDFs, CSV files, photos and ZIP backups are sent only to apps or storage locations you choose. If you choose a cloud provider or sharing app, that service’s privacy policy applies. ZIP backups include receipt photos, recognized text and app records and are not encrypted by Recivue. Receipts and records are excluded from Android automatic backup. The separate Block Store backup of free export usage described above may still take place.

Recivue has no advertising SDK and does not sell personal information. If you email us, we use your email address and message to respond, then delete them once the inquiry is resolved unless retention is required by law. The responsible provider is AAA Corp.; contact admin@aaa.ai.kr. This policy takes effect on October 10, 2026. We will update this page and its date when the policy changes. This policy covers the Recivue app; see the website’s general policy for information about the website itself.

Fourfold

• Birth details: the birth date (solar or lunar), birth time, birth city, and sex (optional) you enter are stored only on the device, and the saju chart is calculated on the device. No sign-in or account is required, and the app does not send this information to AAA Corp. servers or third-party servers.
• Other people's details: the name or nickname, relationship, birth date, birth time and city, and sex of people you add for compatibility readings are stored the same way, only on the device. Please get a person's consent before entering their details.
• Location: you choose your birth city from a list built into the app. The app does not request location permission and does not collect location data.
• Notifications: the morning notifications you turn on in Settings are worked out on the device and shown as device notifications. No push server is used; the app requests only the notification permission and the permission to reschedule notifications after the device restarts.
• Internet connection: the app requests the internet and network-state permissions that the Google Play billing library needs. The connection is used only to check purchase status with Google Play; your birth details and other people's details are not sent. The Google Play billing library communicates with Google Play, and Google may process purchase-related information under its own policies.
• Sharing: the image of today's line is created only when you tap Share, and goes only to the app you choose in the system share sheet. A temporary image made for sharing may remain in the app cache until you clear app data.
• Automatic backup: app data is excluded from Google account automatic backup and device-to-device transfer.

Fourfold contains no advertising SDK or analytics tools and displays no ads. AAA Corp. does not collect or view the birth details or other people's details you enter.

Tete Talk (kr.ai.aaa.tetetalk)

• Tete Talk (package ID: kr.ai.aaa.tetetalk) is a chat-style personal notebook that requires no account. Conversation names and order, note text and timestamps, attachments and metadata such as filenames, types and sizes, drafts, profile name, bio and photo, and settings are stored in private app storage on your device. AAA Corp. does not collect or view this content on its servers. Writing, search, imports and backups work offline.
• Link previews are off by default. If you enable them, the app connects directly to public HTTPS websites linked in your notes, redirect destinations and preview image servers to retrieve titles, descriptions and images. These servers may receive the requested URL (including path and query), your IP address, the TeteTalk user agent and ordinary connection information, under their own privacy policies. The app does not upload entire notes or other attachments for previews. Previews are cached on your device and excluded from backup attachments. Turning previews off stops future preview requests. Opening links in a browser or sending files to another app is subject to that app or service’s policy.
• Default backups and safety backups before restoration use AES-256 ZIP encryption with a password you choose and include notes and selected attachments. Some ZIP metadata, such as entry counts, sizes and UUID paths, remains visible. Backup passwords are not saved, and AAA Corp. cannot recover a forgotten password. Optional folder and JSON exports are unencrypted. Profile settings and unsent drafts are excluded from backups. Files are sent only to apps or storage locations you choose; a cloud provider you select may process them under its own policy. App configuration excludes Android automatic cloud backup and device transfer, although manufacturers’ separate migration tools may behave differently.
• Optional app lock uses Android biometrics or your device PIN, pattern or password. The app receives only the system authentication result and does not collect or store biometric data or device credentials. When enabled, app lock blocks screenshots and recent-app previews. App lock restricts screen access; it does not separately encrypt the local database or attachments.

No advertising or analytics SDKs or in-app purchases. Usage records and error logs are not automatically sent to AAA Corp. The dedicated policy below takes precedence for Tete Talk.

TapSheet

• TapSheet opens and edits Excel and CSV documents without a separate account. Document contents, cells, formulas and formatting are processed on your device. Recent document names, locations (URIs) and opening times, recovery drafts, copies made before saving, theme settings and purchase entitlement status are stored locally. AAA Corp. does not collect document contents or your recent document list on its servers.
• The app accesses documents you choose through the system file picker or another app’s open or share action. Where permitted, it retains access so you can reopen them. Saving, saving as and sharing send documents to the location or app you choose. Cloud storage and sharing services have their own privacy policies. Document passwords are used in memory while processing the open document and are not stored in a separate password list. Protection of drafts and original copies depends on the device and document format; we do not guarantee that every local copy is encrypted.

Cozymates (kr.ai.aaa.cozymates)

• The app stores your chosen name, habits, goals, schedules, buddy and plans, check-in dates, quantities, study time, small-practice status, notes and proof photos, conversation choices and reactions, rooms, notification and appearance settings, and local usage and notification diagnostic events. These support habit tracking, story progression, notifications, widgets, backup, restoration and troubleshooting. The app does not automatically send these records to AAA Corp. or third-party servers. Optional weather conversations use internet access. The app includes no advertising, analytics, automatic crash-reporting or billing SDK. ZIP backups contain restoration data including your name, habits, notes, proof photos, rooms, conversation choices, reactions, settings and diagnostic events. Backups are not encrypted: anyone with access to a file can read its contents. You choose the destination using the system file picker. A cloud destination processes files under its own policy. Restoration replaces current app records after validation and your confirmation. Test-log sharing sends diagnostic event types, times and details about check-ins, feature use and notifications only when you choose a receiving app; note text and proof photos are excluded. External browser and sharing services apply their own policies. Local records remain on the device until you delete them. You can cancel individual check-ins. To remove all local app data, use Android Settings > Apps > Cozymates > Storage > Clear data, or uninstall the app. Android automatic backup is disabled and there is no developer-operated cloud synchronization. Manufacturer-specific device-transfer tools may behave differently. Original photos, saved ZIP backups and diagnostic records already shared elsewhere must be deleted separately. AAA Corp. cannot remotely access, recover or delete your local records. Contact us about access, correction or deletion requests.
• Cozymates weather conversations are off by default. Only if you enable them and grant approximate location access, latitude and longitude rounded to two decimal places and the IP address needed for the request are sent to MET Norway (api.met.no) for a regional forecast. Location is not sent to AAA Corp. servers or tracked in the background. Turning the feature off clears the temporary cache and stops new requests. Backups and sharing you choose are also subject to the policies of the selected storage and sharing services.

The general descriptions of automatic collection, advertising and billing above do not apply to Cozymates. See its app-specific information and dedicated policy.

Slidemit

Dylan&Rachel

• All data used for app features is processed and stored only on your device. No data is transmitted to AAA Corp. servers or third-party servers.

The app displays no ads, contains no advertising SDK and does not collect advertising identifiers.

Recivue PRO

• Google Play handles payments, renewals and cancellation for monthly and annual PRO subscriptions. The app processes product IDs, purchase tokens and purchase or subscription status supplied by Google Play to check and restore access. AAA Corp. does not collect or store payment card or bank account details and does not send purchase information to its own servers. Google Play purchase records may remain in your Google account after you uninstall the app.

TapSheet

• Lifetime Pro and the 24-hour pass are one-time Google Play in-app purchases, not subscriptions. Google Play handles payments. The app processes product IDs, purchase tokens, purchase times and purchase status to check and restore access, acknowledge purchases and consume expired passes. Entitlement status, pass expiry and timing information such as elapsed time and boot count are kept locally. AAA Corp. does not collect card or bank account details or send purchase data to its own servers. Google’s policies apply to Google Play purchase records.

Apps where in-app data can be deleted

• Deletion path: Android app settings > Storage > Clear data
• Daylee Log: there is no in-app option to delete all records; only Android app settings > Storage > Clear data applies.
• PartTally: there is no in-app delete-all option; only Android app settings > Storage > Clear data applies.
• In-app deletion: some apps other than Daylee Log also offer a delete-all option in their settings screen.
• MonthScape: clearing app data removes its settings, but not events in connected calendars. Delete events separately in a calendar app or the relevant account.
• Hewnote: deleted notes move to Trash and are removed after the retention period you choose (6 months by default) or when you delete them forever in Trash. Clearing app data deletes all notes, but files you have already exported are not deleted.
• Penstroke: in the app you can remove documents from the recent list and delete saved signatures, initials, stamps, and saved text. Removing a document deletes the app's copy and your work on it. Clearing app data deletes all documents, signatures, stamps, and entries, but PDFs you have already exported or shared, and the original files, are not deleted, so delete them yourself. Your purchases are tied to your Google Play account, so you can restore them after clearing data.
• ToDoSo: you can delete lists or tasks within the app. Android Settings > Apps > ToDoSo > Storage > Clear data deletes all lists and settings. Separately saved backup files and Android backups must be managed at their storage location or in backup settings. Purchase rights are linked to your Google Play account and can be checked again through purchase restoration after clearing app data.
• Fourfold: you can delete people you added within the app, and change your own details on the Me screen. Android Settings > Apps > Fourfold > Storage > Clear data deletes your details, the people you added, and your settings. Purchases belong to your Google Play account, so they can be restored after clearing app data.

These apps do not store personal information on a separate server. Deleting locally stored data on the device safely removes all personal information.

Apps requiring deletion of server-stored data

• Target apps: None

There are currently no services that store personal information separately on a server.

Recivue

• You can delete receipts and bundles in the app. To remove all local app data, use Android Settings > Apps > Recivue > Storage > Clear data, or uninstall the app. Original gallery photos, saved exports and backups, and files already shared must be deleted separately. Clearing local data may not remove the free export count or Google Play purchase records; Google’s retention and deletion policies and account settings apply. You can revoke photo permission in Android settings. Contact us below about access, correction, deletion or other privacy rights. AAA Corp. cannot remotely view or delete receipts stored on your device.

Tete Talk

• You can delete notes and conversations in the app. To remove all local data and preview caches, use Android Settings > Apps > Tete Talk > Storage > Clear data, or uninstall the app. App data stays on your device to provide app features until you delete it. Original files, saved backups and exports, and copies already shared with other apps must be deleted separately. AAA Corp. cannot remotely view, correct or delete records on your device. Contact us below about access, correction, deletion or other privacy requests.

TapSheet

• The recent list holds up to 20 documents and entries can be removed. When original-copy retention is enabled, copies made before saving are kept; copies older than 30 days are deleted during app cleanup. Recovery drafts are cleared when saved or discarded, and temporary shared files are replaced on the next share. Clear local app data through Android Settings > Apps > TapSheet > Storage > Clear data, or uninstall the app. Original documents, saved exports and copies already shared must be deleted separately. Documents and app data are excluded from Android automatic backup, but Block Store data and Google Play records may remain or be restored separately. Manage document access through Android settings or the recent list. AAA Corp. cannot remotely view or delete documents on your device.
