The problem it solves
Return to a memory by place when the date is forgotten
A chronological gallery makes you remember when a photo was taken before you can find it. Many people instead remember the city, beach, campsite, or route. Snaparound places local photos and videos on a globe so location and date become the way back to a memory.

About the app
Features and usage
Snaparound is a photo and video album that lets you revisit your memories on a simple globe. The app scans photos and videos on your device, reads the GPS metadata stored in each file, and places them on the globe based on where they were captured. Tap a location to view the photos and videos taken there, or use the date filter to browse memories from a specific period. Key features: - View photos and videos by location on a globe - Browse media by place and date - Filter by date range - Open photos and videos in full screen - Scan media with embedded GPS metadata - Fast startup with cached scan results Snaparound does not add location data to existing photos or videos. To appear on the globe, media files must already contain GPS location metadata. For new photos and videos, enable location tags or location information in your device’s Camera app before capturing them
